Cyndi has been an Executive Search Consultant since 1982. She specializes in mid-level to executive positions, including Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing, Retail, Insurance, Finance, Human Resources and Public Relations.

For over 15 years she worked for Search West. Prior to joining Search West, Cyndi had management experience for a national financial institution. She works closely with diverse clientele nationwide, including Fortune 500 companies, start-up companies and other rapidly growing leaders.

By capitalizing on her extensive industry experience and her keen interpersonal skills, Cyndi has developed enduring partnerships. She has placed hundreds of employees with many of her loyal clients.
